Ballantine’s Moxxi’s Bar Edition

Now this was fun. I got to develop the style and packaging guides for Borderlands 3. When Gearbox partnered with Ballantine’s to develop a Limited Edition Scotch, we got the call to develop the artwork for the bottle. It was just the third or fourth ever ‘partner series’ Ballantine’s had ever done, so quite the feather in the cap.

The bottle is wrapped in Moxxi’s signature styles—toile pattern dress fabric, fishnets, stripes and iconography—all developed for the Borderlands 3 Style Guide. It was fun and awesome to execute a design for a global spirits brand AND utilize all of the fun artwork and rules I developed for Borderlands 3.

There are a couple of other bottles in the works as well… you’ll just have to wait and see.
